In this position:
You will be part of the Global HR Management Team and report to the SVP HR. The role is responsible for supporting, managing, and developing group HR programs. This role is for you if you enjoy working with systems and understand their connection to creating the best possible employee experience. As the superuser for HRIS (HiBob), ATS (Teamtailor), Learning Management System (SanaLearn), and Employee Survey tool (Microsoft, Glint), the HRIT Specialist will ensure these systems are effectively utilized to support HRD activities and overall HR operations.
Your tasks include
- HRIT (HiBob), ATS (Teamtailor) and EE survey (Glint) superuser
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS, ATS, and Glint, ensuring systems are optimized and utilized to their full potential.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and leaders on the efficient use of these systems.
- Manage system configurations and updates
- Develop the systems based on the user feedback (HRs and leaders).
- LMS (Learning Management System, Sana Learn ) superuser
- Administer the LMS system, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective eLearning content.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
Supporting your success:
- BSc/BA in Business Admin HR, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Good written and oral English
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Good organizational and time management skills – this role is highly independent, so proactivity and a development-oriented mindset are essential for success
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Project Management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and service-oriented mindset – the role involves supporting colleagues across the organization, so strong internal customer service skills and a solution-focused approach are essential
- A genuine interest in HR systems – as the role includes significant responsibility for key digital tools, it’s ideal for someone who is motivated by system development and optimization, rather than seeking a role focused on other areas of HR

The salary for this position is between 3 800 € and 4 800 € per month, depending on your skills and previous work experience.
