In this position:

You will join our four-person product development team, reporting directly to the Product Development Team Lead. You can be a recent graduate or an early-career professional. Above all, we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn – sometimes at a fast pace. In this position, a positive and proactive attitude is essential for success. You’ll get hands-on experience building complete systems from various components, designing underground cable accessories, and creating clear, user-friendly installation instructions. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to exciting and meaningful projects. We also offer a possibility to grow and advance into different roles within the organization. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Your tasks will include:

• Creating and maintaining product structures, models, and drawings in the PDM system.
• Creating installation instructions using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Designing solutions to meet requirements and analysing the performance of prototypes and supplier components.
• Preparing product samples for laboratory testing.
• Contributing to product development projects – from planning and requirement setting to concept creation, risk assessment, and prototype testing.
• Validating parts during supplier changes (PPAW process).
• Providing technical support across the organization and collaborating with R&D.
• Helping to develop product development processes, design practices, and test procedures.


Supporting your success:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Good written and oral English and Finnish.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude – this role offers great opportunities for growth and development.

The salary for this position is between 2900 € and 3400 € per month, depending on your skills, possible previous work experience and current stage of studies.
