Job Objective:
To manage and implement end-to-end quality control and assurance practices, ensuring compliance with technical standards and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, including plastics, die-casted parts, rubber, foundry components, and aluminum extrusions, as well as finished goods, ensuring compliance with part drawings, standards, and customer specifications.
- Analysis: Perform line rejection analysis, assess CAPA effectiveness, and support the Quality Head in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and preventive measures to mitigate customer complaints.
- Testing: Execute both destructive tests (e.g., tensile load, torque) and non-destructive tests (e.g., dimensional measurements, plating, hardness) on raw materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate testing records in accordance with internal manuals and standards.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate data entry, completion of quality control forms, records, and reports related to incoming and in-process inspections in IFS (ERP) and uphold documentation standards in line with QMS/ISO 9001:2015.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-4 years in a quality function with hands-on experience managing quality issues in parts.
- Language: Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) is essential.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems, particularly IFS, is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Prior experience with supplier material inspections, part validation, verification, and NPD customer inspections. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

- Communicate effectively in English, with preferred multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish, German) to support international customers.
- Manage time efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adapt easily to changes, staying flexible and focused in dynamic environments.
- Work well in teams, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
