Job Objective: 

To ensure smooth and accurate order processing by coordinating with internal teams and external customers, while handling invoicing, transfer prices, and country-specific tasks efficiently. The role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in IFS and Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth order flow by entering, monitoring, and confirming orders, while addressing deviations and errors.
2. Manage invoicing for direct deliveries, verifying data, and adding necessary information.
3. Calculate and insert daily transfer prices.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Production, Warehouse, Sourcing) and external customers to resolve issues.
5. Perform country-specific tasks as needed, while maintaining attention to detail and time management.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in order management or back-office coordination.
3. Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and proficient in Excel.
4. Experience in customer-facing roles with knowledge of invoicing and order processing.
5. Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
