Job Objective:

We are looking for a supply chain professional who is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire import and export process, from preparing necessary documentation to coordinating logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & verify all import/export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declaration.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, such as customs laws.
• Manage any tariff, duties, duty remission & duty exemption scheme (Advance authorization, DBK, RODTEP etc.)
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
• Maintain communication with customs officials and port authorities for smooth cargo clearance.
• Manage and monitor shipments to ensure goods are shipped and delivered on time.
• Identify opportunities to reduce import/export costs and negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities, costs, and timelines.
• Generate reports on import/export metrics and performance
• Work closely with the internal sales, finance, and warehouse to ensure that all import/export activities align with company objectives.

Job Specification & Skill:

• Graduate in any field (preferred degree in Business Administration, international trade, logistics, or SCM).
• 2+ years in Import/Export, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations & documentation.
• Knowledge of the warehousing process.
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
