Job Objective:

To support product and material validation through precise testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in the in-house laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• To assist with the testing and validation of final products as well as raw materials/components in inhouse test laboratory. This can include environmental, mechanical, electrical, or chemical testing.
• Accurately record and document test data, observations, and results. Maintain organized records of all testing activities.
• Assist in developing and refining test methodologies and procedures. This involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Basic maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure safety, reliability and accuracy of testing.
• Draft clear and concise technical reports summarizing test results.
• Work with cross functional team to troubleshoot and diagnose product failures or unexpected test results.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Engineering (B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Good communication skills
• Passionate for learning new things
• Proactive and out-of-the-box thinker
