Sales Engineer – South India
Location: South India – Bangalore / Kerala preferred | Work Mode: Work from Home | Travel: Extensive regional travel
Ensto is hiring a junior-level Sales Engineer to support sales growth for electricity distribution solutions across Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

Role Summary
In this role, you will support customer visits, lead follow-ups, tender coordination, basic technical discussions, and sales reporting for Ensto’s LV and MV distribution products.
Key Responsibilities
• Support regional sales growth across South India for LV/MV electricity distribution solutions.
• Follow up on leads, customer requirements, tenders, quotations, and project opportunities.
• Visit and coordinate with DISCOMs, utilities, EPCs, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Assist in basic technical discussions, product positioning, documentation, and order follow-up.
• Maintain customer data, visit reports, sales pipeline, forecasts, and updates in CRM, SAP, IFS, MS 365, or similar tools.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support sales planning.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in electrical sales, power distribution, utility, EPC, or infrastructure business.
• Basic knowledge of LV/MV electrical distribution products and applications.
• Exposure to tendering, utility projects, EPC projects, or turnkey business is preferred.
• Good communication, follow-up, presentation, and customer coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
• Knowledge of CRM, SAP, IFS, Microsoft 365, or similar tools is an advantage.
