Job Objective:
To support and learn from top leadership in a European organization by assisting in quality control processes, conducting inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts while developing technical skills in quality assurance and ERP systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Assist/Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products. Perform various tests and measurements to assess product quality. Identify and document defects or non-conformances. Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and patterns.
- Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality assurance documentation in ERP as well as hard copy documents. Participate in internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Support the investigation and resolution of quality-related problems. Contribute to the identification of root causes of quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in kaizen activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Technical Skills Development: Acquire knowledge of quality control techniques, statistical methods, and industry-specific standards. Develop proficiency CRM/SRM/IFS and other relevant tools.

Job Specification:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a quality function with hands-on experience managing quality issues in parts.
- Language: Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) is essential.
- Systems Knowledge: Knowledge with ERP systems, particularly IFS, is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Prior experience with supplier material inspections, part validation, verification, and NPD customer inspections. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
