Job Objective:
Strategic steering of spend across the Ensto Group, within assigned indirect categories.
The Indirect Sourcing Specialist will oversee and streamline the procurement of non-direct goods and services, focusing on cost savings, vendor management, and compliance.
Responsible for regional and Group suppliers: selection, negotiations, contracts and management to ensure the best ratio of quality/time/cost/risk
Drive cross-unit / country synergies through multiple levers and robust category strategies and actions
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement category strategies for MRO, CAPEX (including production tools), facility management, utilities, travel, logistics, and service providers (including marketing) at India and Global Group levels.
Conduct category and value-chain analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and optimal supplier configurations aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including spend analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and category execution.
Drive cost optimization through demand understanding, market intelligence, innovation, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
Consolidate Global Group-level spend and ensure compliance with approved suppliers, contracts, and purchasing channels.
Monitor and report category KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; manage category-related financial, quality, and supply risks.
Partner with internal stakeholders across functions and regions to support rationalization, supply chain optimization, and early supplier involvement in business and R&D projects.
Develop and execute supplier management strategies, including segmentation, performance management, audits, risk assessment, and sustainability requirements.
Hold Global Group-level responsibility for assigned suppliers, manage supplier changes, and ensure continuity of components and services.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Proven 3~5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement at India and/or Global Group level.
Strong exposure to MRO, CAPEX, services sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
Solid understanding of cost optimization, TCO concepts, supplier risk management, and spend analytics.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and global stakeholders, including R&D and operations teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP and collaboration tools such as SAP, IFS, Teams, and MS Office 365.
